Air abadment process

Industrial air scrubbers can be either “dry” or “wet.” Dry scrubbers use solid materials for pollutant removal, while wet scrubbers use liquid solvents & filters. Both remove gas pollutants and related odors from industrial exhaust streams. In general, wet scrubbers achieve a higher level of pollutant removal than dry scrubbers. detailed plan outlining mitigation measures, monitoring requirements, and institutional responsibilities to address identified environmental impacts throughout the project lifecycle.

Envoage develop different types of scrubbers according to the differentneeds of the customers which are efficient up to 40-50% depending on the type. We have already installed some scrubbers in many facilities which have been much appreciated.Envoage offers a variety of Scrubber systems specifically designed for your process application. Many important operating variables are

considered when evaluating the size and type of scrubber for any specific application, and your deadline is always a factor in our responsiveness.

Environmental Monitoring

Regular monitoring of key

environmental parameters such as air quality, water quality, and

soil quality to ensure compliance with standards and the

effectiveness of mitigation measures.

VOC Scrubbers

VOC scrubbers play a vital role in reducing air pollution and controlling the emissions of volatile organic compounds. The selection of an appropriate scrubber type depends on various factors such as the specific VOCs involved, concentration levels, flow rates, and process requirements. Wet scrubbers, adsorption systems, thermal oxidizers, and biofilters are some of the commonly used VOC scrubber types, each offering unique advantages and limitations. Proper implementation and maintenance of VOC scrubbers can significantly contribute to a cleaner and healthier environment.

Wet Scrubbers

Wet scrubbers are one of the most widely used VOC scrubber types. They use a liquid solution, often water, to remove VOCs from the gas stream. The contaminated gas is passed through the scrubber, where it comes into contact with the scrubbing liquid. The liquid absorbs the VOCs through physical or chemical absorption or a combination of both.
